Upon placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of the items purchased, delivery costs, and the shipping address. Please note that once your order status is marked as “PROCESSING” or “SHIPPED,” modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
For orders within Ireland, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping notification. After your order has shipped, any delivery inquiries should be directed to the carrier, as we are unable to control or be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
In the unlikely event your items are lost in transit, we will initiate a full investigation and, if necessary, provide a resolution. A package is deemed ‘lost’ if undelivered after 15 business days from the shipping date. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to complete a trace inquiry, although most issues are resolved sooner.
For orders shipped to EU addresses, no additional taxes will apply. For deliveries outside of the EU, import duties, VAT, and taxes may be applicable and will be your responsibility upon the shipment’s arrival in your country. As the importer for deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations within the destination country.
